Mumtaz is a qualified social worker, who has had a successful professional social work career. Mumtaz worked as a Women’s Development Officer in the mid 1980’s and through her career to date has elevated her career to encompass such diverse experiences from direct field social work through to project management and strategic planning.

Mumtaz has the day-to-day responsibility for the professional operation and accountability of the Services and responsibility for the strategic and business development and direction of the overall company.

The overall aim of Mk social care is to provide services for children, young people and their families and carers and to work in partnership with social Care departments and other health and social care commissioners to provide services which are effective, responsive, flexible, of high quality and meet the assessed needs of those for whom they are designed.

The services seek to meet the assessed needs of children and young people, to safeguard and promote the health and well-being of children, and young people, to help prevent abuse and neglect and to enhance the life chances of children and young people in Need, wherever possible promoting the upbringing of children and young people within their own family or a caring environment.
